We, Crosby Services Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 125 786 272) trading as Healthy Comparisons (“we”), are committed to treating our members and other users of our website fairly and this Policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage information provided by you including your Personal Information.
We have chosen to adopt the 10 National Privacy Principles (NPP’s) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth of Australia) (the Privacy Act).

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

NPP 6 provides you with the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions.

We will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing such information.
Tracking Your Use Of Our Website
We may use technology to track how you use our website (for example what pages you commonly access and how).
We may use technology that tells us what operating system you are using and what browsing software you are using to access our website.
